Run the installer. In the Desktop Client main menu, select Tools - Accounts. The Accounts dialog appears. In this dialog, click New Account. The New Account wizard appears. Fill in the Email and Password fields and click Start Now.

On the Account details page, you can modify your Account name. Click Next. On the next page, you can deactivate features that you do not want to use. Click Finish to complete the setup.
